You can permanently delete your account and associated local and server data in the app, or submit a web request through the privacy contact below.
Delete Immediately in the App
Open Me → Delete Account & Data, review the impact, enter the required confirmation text, and confirm. The client immediately clears its local profile and then requests permanent server deletion. This cannot be undone.
Deletion Scope
Profile, birth details, and purpose-specific consent records
Daily records, observed events, and action reviews
Confirmed text palm descriptors
AI readings, history, and linkable execution audits
Subscription entitlement and linked transaction-reference hashes
Original palm images are never uploaded or retained, so the service has no original palm photos to delete. Minimal transaction records subject to a legal retention duty are isolated and deleted when that duty expires.
Offline & Failure Handling
If the service is unavailable, local data is still cleared immediately and a deletion marker containing only the original account/installation identity remains for retry. FateOS retries when connectivity returns and sends no new personalized data until completion.
Web Request
Email Not configured with the subject “FateOS Data Deletion.” To prevent unauthorized deletion, the operator may require control verification through the verified account flow, but will not request a password, full payment credentials, or palm photos.
Verified requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. After deletion from the active database, encrypted backup copies expire through rotation within 35 days.
