模型、相机、同步、购买和数据权利均提供明确的失败状态与恢复路径。
联系时请提供应用版本、平台、发生时间和不包含出生资料、问题正文或密钥的错误描述。不要发送掌纹照片、证件、支付凭据或 API Key。
个性化解读必须调用真实模型。模型未配置、证据不足、网络失败或质量校验失败时，应用会保留记录并显示不可用，不会以本地模板替代。稍后重试前可检查网络并确认同意仍有效。
拒绝相机权限后仍可使用静态掌纹确认流程。相机帧不上传或保留。若 AR 无法定位手部，请检查系统相机权限、稳定光线，并让完整手掌进入取景框。
权益只在 FateOS 服务端验证 Apple 或 Google 交易后生效。购买成功但未显示权益时，先使用“恢复购买”；不要重复付款。服务端不可验证时会保持未激活状态。
“我的”页面可导出机器可读档案并永久删除。服务不可用时，导出会标记为仅本地；删除会先清除本地资料并在联网后自动重试。

Model, camera, sync, purchase, and data-rights flows provide explicit failure states and recovery paths.
Include app version, platform, occurrence time, and an error description that excludes birth details, question bodies, and credentials. Do not send palm photos, identity documents, payment credentials, or API keys.
Personalized readings require a live model call. If the model is not configured, evidence is insufficient, the network fails, or quality validation fails, FateOS retains your records and displays an unavailable state. It never substitutes a local template. Check connectivity and consent before retrying.
A static palm-confirmation flow remains available if permission is denied. Camera frames are not uploaded or retained. If AR cannot locate the hand, check system camera permission, use stable lighting, and place the full palm in view.
Access activates only after FateOS verifies an Apple or Google transaction server-side. If purchase succeeds but access is missing, use Restore Purchases first and do not pay again. Unverifiable transactions remain inactive.
The Me screen provides a machine-readable export and permanent deletion. When the service is unavailable, exports are marked local-only; deletion clears local data first and retries automatically when connectivity returns.
